Physiotherapy is the treatment of injury, disease and neuro-musculoskeletal disorders through a variety – and bespoke – combination of physical methods (such as exercises, soft and deep tissue massage, manipulation or other non-invasive treatments).
Physiotherapy aims to get you out of chronic pain for good, which is why it is so popular for people wanting to stay away from medication, surgery, or as a means of rehabilitation following an injury or operation.
We can help you with
Shoulder & elbow issues
Back pain (upper & lower)
Neck pain & whiplash disorders
Headaches & dizziness
Physiotherapy encompasses rehabilitation, injury prevention and health promotion/fitness.In many cases, an injury or issue can be caused by other underlying lifestyle or health factors.
Physiotherapy employs a holistic approach to each person, and to your treatment – looking at your lifestyle, current overall health and wellbeing aims.
