Craniosacral Therapy (CTS) is a non-invasive, gentle treatment that seeks to work in harmony with the body by using light touch to relieve compression in the head, neck, spinal column and sacrum (lower back/pelvis).
This results in a reduction on the strain to these areas, helping to address physical and emotion stress on the nervous system, whilst reducing musculoskeletal tension, aches and pain across the body.
CST typically helps with a wide-variety of muscular, joint, tendon and skeletal issues, alongside emotional concerns too.

People of all ages find Craniosacral Therapy (CST) to be highly effective due to its light contact approach, and gentle yet potent impact.
During a treatment, you remain clothed, either lying down, on your side or seated. As CST works with the cerebral spinal fluid rhythm throughout the body, you may find that during your session other areas – such as your back or pelvis – may be looked at and treated.
There is a focus on increasing one’s sense of interoception (sensing the inner world of the body) – as such, CST is very helpful for people overcoming trauma, life-threatening illness, insomnia, chronic migraines or fatigue, and neurological conditions. It is also incredibly relaxing for anyone feeling stressed or anxious.
