Meet Our Counsellor/Psychotherapist
Sue Howlett is a highly experienced, qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. She offers open-ended, long-term psychotherapy, as well as short-term counselling. She is familiar with the stresses, anxieties and frustrations that working life brings, having worked in the financial sector in The City during her first career. Her specific disciplines are Psychoanalytic & Psychodynamic therapies – both aim to not only relieve symptoms, but also help to create deep-seated and lasting change.
Sue has a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Theory and Practice, and is an accredited member of the British Psychoanalytic Council and Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coaching and Mentoring.
