A therapist can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes, and help you to find your own solutions to problem. All sessions are confidential.

Psychotherapy is type of therapy used to treat emotional problems and mental health conditions. The confidential therapy involves talking to a trained psychotherapist, who will encourage you to look deeper into your problems, issues or worries, and assist you to deal with any troublesome habits across a wide range of mental disorders, such as depression, OCD and PTSD.
