Beginners' Yoga courses

New to Yoga? Then welcome! You’ve found the right place to learn more about this wonderful and life-changing phenomenon!

During our 6-week courses, you’ll go from yoga-novice to yoga-intermediate; with the confidence to progress onto any of the wide-range of yoga classes we teach.By the end of the course, you’ll be well-acquainted with yoga poses, postures and terminology, whilst having started building strength and increased flexibility. We deliberately keep our course size small, so you get the very best level of teaching and bespoke attention
