Take your Yoga practice to the next level! Perhaps there’s something that you feel needs working on – whether you want to improve or refine a movement, sequence, or work on your flexibility and mindfulness, let our dedicated 60min / 90min sessions help boost your love of yoga, improve your practice, as well as your wellbeing FAST.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a generic term that refers to any type of yoga that teaches physical postures. It generally means that you will get a gentle introduction to the basic yoga postures. You’ll be sure to leave the class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.

Suitable for all, especially beginners and improvers.

Restorative (Yin) Yoga

Restorative Yoga with Emma Ahern is a fantastic way to relax and unwind. This class will help you to find balance in your mind, body & soul through slow, mindful moments. Take 75mins out of your day – connect with your breath, and delve deeper into the poses. You’ll achieve an overall sense of relaxation & wellbeing, as you unlock the physical and mental benefits of this beautiful practice.

Flow Yoga

Join us on Wednesday evenings for our new Flow class with Charlotte Temple. As one of the most popular contemporary Yoga disciplines, Charlotte brings her warmth, encouragement and enthusiasm to this Ashtanga-Vinyasa style flow sequence. Expect lots of breath-work and a relaxing, yet invigorating flow sequence.

 

Wed 7.15-8.15pm (Charlotte – starts 29th Aug)

 

Gentle Yoga

As the name suggests, Gentle Yoga with Lee Hopkins is a wonderfully relaxing hour. This class is best if you want a softer, more nurturing, well-supported and slow-paced practice. The poses are carefully orchestrated and less intense, with well-measured stretches. However, you still get the physical and mental benefits (stretching and relaxation), as well as the breath-work and mindfulness aspect of other classes. Yoga props can be used for those who want/need it.

Suitable for beginners, post-injury or as part of your rehab plan.

Vinyasa Yoga

The Vinyasa style is an intelligent progression of movement synchronised with your breath. This practice – taught by Lee Hopkins – helps to balance the body, strengthen muscular weaknesses and in a frazzled world, help calm the mind. During this class, we will guide you through a mixture of standing, seated, inverted and supine postures; moving on all 6 directions of the spine. To end, we will finish with a Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic sleep’ for ultimate relaxation.

Gentle Chair Yoga

Like its cousin Gentle Yoga, our Gentle Chair class with Raquel Alves, is a wonderfully relaxing hour predominantly using a chair to aid and assist you in your movements. Ideal for those with issues with mobility (i.e. seniors or those post-injury), this class is best if you want the same softer, more nurturing, well-supported and slow-paced practice of Gentle, but need more support. The poses are carefully orchestrated and less intense, with well-measured stretches. You still get the physical and mental benefits (stretching and relaxation), as well as the breath-work and mindfulness.

Ideal for seniors, post-injury or as part of your rehab programme
