Our diverse range of classes
Whether you're an early riser, an afternoon out-and-abouter, or a night owl, we have a wide-range of classes from dawn til dusk. No matter what your goal is, we have the class, course or workshop for you. Oh, and we're open 6 days a week!
From raising money for local (and national) charities, providing discounts to students, 999 & those in the Armed Forces, through to develping close links with local businesses, we care about our 'hood and serving those living in the surrounding counties!

The practice builds week-by-week, providing a solid foundation, so you are read and confident to try the myriad of yoga styles out there.
