Dojiva Pilates – I began classes with Danny 14 years ago after 10 years with chronic back pain. I had very little core strength and could barely manage many of the exercises. Today my core strength is much improved, as is my balance and flexibility. Taking classes with Danny twice per week these past few years has helped even more and they are fun too!
I never take this improvement for granted but when I listened to a couple of friends (also in their mid 60’s) saying they had to lie on the bed to put their socks on, I thought “wow I can easily balance of one leg and put mine on!”Maggie
Kundalini Yoga – Danny is kind, intuitive and receptive to the groups needs. Through specific kriyas and mantras my fears rise to the surface and fall away again the more I let go. I trust enough to move beyond my limitations to reach an exquisite place of endorphins pulsing through my body. In this space I feel a deeper connection to the infinite…I am grateful to have met Danny.Abi
