Whether you're an early riser, an afternoon out-and-abouter, or a night owl, we have a wide-range of classes from dawn til dusk. No matter what your goal is, we have the class, course or workshop for you. Oh, and we're open 6 days a week!
From raising money for local (and national) charities, providing discounts to students, 999 & those in the Armed Forces, through to develping close links with local businesses, we care about our 'hood and serving those living in the surrounding counties!

Beginners' Pilates Mat courses
New to Pilates? Then welcome! You’ve found the right place to learn more about this superb wellbeing workout! During our mat-based Pilates courses, your body – and mind – will be introduced to the astonishing benefits of Pilates. The 6-week programme will focus on teaching you the fundamentals of Pilates; getting you confident with the movements, whilst assisting you in becoming more self-aware of your body’s movements – improving your strength and flexibility as a result.
By the end of the course, you will become proficient in knowing the Pilates movements. The physical benefits are impressive too. You will improve your posture, increase your body awareness & flexibility, boost your confidence, start to lose weight & tone up and build more core strength.
Once graduated from the course, you’ll then have the skills and knowledge to go onto any of our Pilates Improvers’ classes, or try your hand at Pilates (Equipment) Reformer circuits, private or semi-private sessions. The course is open to all ages and physical abilities, but course sizes are kept small to ensure the maximum level of attention from your instructor.
