Biomechanical Pilates with Lee Hopkins
Help improve your flexibility, posture, balance and strength the right way!
During this class, our Biomechanics Master Trainer will go through a series of specific Pilates moves that will allow you to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your joints and muscles. Once you know your body’s extrinsic or intrinsic Biomechanical imbalances, the instructor tell you how to tailor the moves to allow your body to start to self-rectify those imbalances.

Mat Pilates (for all)
These mat classes are a superb way to learn how to get to grips – and master – Pilates movements before graduating onto our Improvers’ class. During these classes, you will focus on strengthening your core, glutes (bum) and other muscles that are key to stabilising your joints, pelvis and spine in a supportive environment.
Suitable for all abilities – including beginners.

As the name suggests, Gentle Pilates is a fantastic class if you are returning to Pilates or fitness. It’s especially good for you if you have poor mobility, and for those going through rehabilitation from an injury or post-operation. The class uses various pieces of equipment such as blocks, bolsters (and sometimes chairs) to support and aid you. Our bespoke teacher will mean that you can safely learn to re-connect with – and strengthen – your body.
Suitable for seniors and those going through rehab.

Pilates for Improvers
Once you’re confident doing regular Pilates classes (for all), you’re ready to graduate onto our hour-long mat class for Improvers. This progressive class will give you a full body workout, with a creative mix of exercises suitable for improvers. Come along and see your body benefit for the next level of Pilates movements.
Suitable for those with a good grasp of Pilates movements.
