The Lean Fitness Method
You don’t have to be fit – or a fitness fanatic – to benefit from The Lean Method. This fab, friendly fitness class will focus on using your own body as resistance to focus on functional strength, with short intervals of higher intensity on-the-spot cardio moves to sculpt lean and strong muscles, whilst simultaneously helping to define them.
During the class, you will do a range of isolated and compound movements will be used to enable you to burn those calories and use muscles you didn’t know you had which will improve your core and tone your body!
Our teacher, Becky Osano, is passionate about getting people to enjoy fitness and improve their body confidence through movement. Sweating is something that many people don’t like to do, but if you embrace it, you’ll find a whole new level of enjoyment and satisfaction.
At the end of the class, we will take time to bring the body back to balance, through deep and restorative breathing.
Suitable for all abilities and fitness levels – including complete fitness newbies!
Express Weights Foundation Class
intimidated by weights? Don’t think you’re strong enough to lift them? Worried that weights will bulk you up? Think again!
This express 30min class, is the perfect for learning the Fundamentals of using weights – with an emphasis on good technique to get you the best results, fast! Each circuit is scalable, depending on your current level of strength/fitness or goal.
We will take you through a circuit of weight-lifting exercises that’ll focus on toning your body and increasing your strength, whilst working on the correct form.

Conditioning & S-t-r-e-t-c-h
During this hour long class, we work on three key areas – fitness, strength + suppleness.
Expect your abdomen to reduce, your arms to tone and your back pain to disappear! You don’t need a gym, you don’t need to pound the streets, and you don’t need to be able to touch your toes (yet).
Come along with an open-mind, and a willingness to get fitter, stronger & more supple!
This is a great class to complement your busy schedule.
