Our Classes


We have a lot of classes on offer at The Wellbeing Space.  

YOGA: Hatha, Flow, Power, Restorative, Gentle Chair, Core, Iyengar-Inspired, Vinyasa, Kundalini (+ masterclasses, workshops & courses).

MAT PILATES: Mat Pilates, HIIP (High-Intensity Pilates), Core Control, Yogalates (Move + Meditate).

FITNESS: Men’s Conditioning + S-t-r-e-t-c-h (+ more coming soon).
