Beginners’ Yoga Courses at TWS

 

If you’re new to Yoga, or have had little experience of it, then welcome – you’ve found the right place to learn more about this wonderful and life-changing phenomenon. Yoga is more than a set of movements: it IS a movement!

We’re confident that you’ll get the ‘yoga bug’ after completing our 6-week Beginners’ Yoga Course. 

Each week will build upon the last. You’ll go from yoga-novice to yoga-intermediate; with the confidence to progress onto any of the wide-range of Yoga classes we teach AT The Wellbeing Space.

Our Master Yogi, Raquel Alves (who has over 30 years of experience teaching yoga) will be your teacher + mentor. She will guide and advise you every step of the way, so you feel comfortable and positive trying out this new discipline. We deliberately keep our class size small, so you get the very best level of teaching and bespoke attention. Previous students have also made firm yogi friends along the way!

By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll be well-acquainted with tuning into your body, have started building strength, have increased flexibility, have a sound knowledge of yoga poses + postures, learn how to breathe properly, and know the different strands of yoga and its terminology.
